Shipping policy

Delivery & Collections

 

  1. Free delivery on ONLINE products only.
  2. Lead time of ONLINE products may take between 7 (seven) to 28 (twenty eight) days for delivery, should the purchased products be in stock.
  3. Refer to Section 5 of Woodenways' Terms & Conditions for lead times of ONLINE products should the products not be in stock.
  4. Woodenways (Pty) Ltd. delivery costs will be for the customer's account and must be paid in full prior delivery. Please retain the invoice as proof of payment.
  5. Woodenways (Pty) Ltd. does not deliver products on weekends and public holidays.
  6. Woodenways will be in contact with the customer if the specified time period for delivery changes.
  7. Where insufficient access to the building/room during a delivery occurs and results in damage of products, it will be the customer's responsibility.
  8. Products are only available for delivery in South Africa.
  9. In the case of collections, the customer has to supply their own blankets/ropes, etc., for proper loading and tying of products.
  10. Products that have bee collected by the customer, cannot be returned/exchanged.
  11. Once collected, any damage to a product it the responsibility of the customer.
  12. Assembly of products is usually done by Woodenways delivery team (if Woodenways are used for delivery). Should the customer opt to assemble the product/s, Woodenways do not accept the responsibility for damaged products due to incorrect assembly by the customer. And such products will also not be considered for returns, exchanges and refunds.
