Refund policy

Returns, Refunds, and Exchange

  • No refunds on any deposits older than 3 (three) days.
  • Any exchanges or returns should be done within 3 (three) days after delivery. The invoice of the purchased products must be provided by the customer. The product/s must be unused and undamaged and should be in their original packaging.
  • If the customer wishes for Woodenways (Pty) Ltd. to collect the product/s that need to be returned, the customer will be responsible for the cost of transport.
  • Woodenways will either repair or replace the defective product/s or refund the client to the value of what the client paid for the product/s. If in our assessments the customer did not adhere to Woodenways Terms and Conditions , we will refuse to accept return and refund of the product/s.
  • SALE PRODUCTS: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on SALE products.
  • SALE products may have small nicks or scratches.
  • SALE products are subject to available stock.
